PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that in the case defective kerosene or diesel oil is used, drain occurring in a large amount flows out inside a device, having a possibility to cause odor or fire. SOLUTION: In the case of drain occurring in a large amount, a burner box 7 is provided with a drain receiving part 15 for receiving flowing out drain which cannot be stored in a burner 6. As the temperature of the burner box 7 rises when combustion continues and the burner 6 is heated, the drain accumulated in the drain receiving part 15 is vaporized and becomes a vaporized gas, used for combustion in the burner 6 again.
