PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enlarge the electrostatic charge amount of an electrostatic dust collecting brush, and to enable dust sticking to the electrostatic dust collecting brush to be efficiently collected. SOLUTION: As shown in Fig. 1 and so forth, a connection port is provided at one end of a dust collecting electrostatic generator so that the dust collecting electrostatic generator can be connected with a conventional vacuum cleaner, and an insertion port for the electrostatic dust collecting brush which works as an air suction port as well is provided on the other end. A screw blade for obtaining the rotation for a rotary shaft in a manner to rotate the rotary shaft by a suction force of the vacuum cleaner, and a plurality of rubbing plates are fixed inside, and are provided so that they can rotate in the dust collecting electrostatic generator. For the materials of the electrostatic dust collecting brush and the rubbing plates, materials of which the charging trains become far are used, and the electrostatic charge amount is made larger. By inserting the electrostatic dust collecting brush in the electrostatic dust collecting brush insertion port of the dust collecting electrostatic generator, the recovery of dust sticking to the electrostatic dust collecting brush and the charging can simultaneously be performed.
