A clamping unit for a door glass of a vehicle is provided to engage a mounting bolt with a weld nut only when the door glass is completely inserted to the lowermost end of a clamping seal. A clamping unit for a door glass of a vehicle includes an outer clamp(1) and an inner clamp(3). A guider(5) is formed on one side of a central portion of the outer clamp and a bolt hole(7) is formed on one side of a lower potion of the outer clamp. A through-hole is formed on one side of the inner clamp to insert the guider. A nut is provided on one side of the inner clamp corresponding to the bolt hole. An open-topped clamping seal(13) is interposed at a portion between the outer clamper and the inner clamper. A glass guide rod(15) vertically penetrates the lowermost end surface of the clamping seal and one side of the guider corresponding to the lowermost end surface of the clamping seal.
