<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an all-purpose health ball containing tourmaline particles/charcoal particles which is portable, small sized, soft, colorful, friendly to a human body and may be used by throwing, hitting, rolling the ball anytime anywhere indoors/outdoors by anyone irrespective of age for health purposes, exercise, amusement, rehabilitation, etc. <P>SOLUTION: The all purpose health ball has a surface part (1) of a small sized cylinder shaped ball, which is formed of a colorful soft material. More than three kinds of particles such as light weight tourmaline pipe particles (2), charcoal blended pipe particles (3), spherically shaped particles (4), etc. are filled in a thin net bag (5) and then packed inside the ball through a connection part (6) on the surface.
