PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voice synthesizer and its method capable of suitably taking measures against improper use of data, only against unsuitable sentences with effects of eliminating factors leading to crime. SOLUTION: The sentence data input from the sentence input 101 are analyzed for reading in the sentence analyzer 103 using a parsing dictionary 102, and converted into synthesized voice data in the waveform data generator 104, then output from the voice output 108. The unsuitableness discriminator 107 finds out unsuitable part in the sentence data using an unsuitable word dictionary 106 and determines the unsuitableness of the part contained in the data.
