PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and rapidly build up a vehicle traffic blocking device with the storage occupying volume so small that each police box or the like can have it ready to rapidly cope with an urgent road blockade or the like, and easily transported by a patrol car. SOLUTION: This built-up barrier comprises a plurality of legs 1301 and connecting bars 1302 for connecting the legs to form an integral barrier. Each leg and each connecting bar has a mutually retractable connection part 1303, and when transported or stored, they are put in the non-connected state to reduce the transport-storage occupying volume. The built-up barrier also has a connecting string 1304 for preventing the connecting bars and the plurality of legs from being scattered and lost and facilitating and quickening assembly.
