PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure capable of continuously and efficiently performing operations of: feeding a member into a vessel; subjecting the member to various kinds of processing such as mixing, grinding, separating, defoaming, dewatering and coloring; and discharging the member, in regard to a processing apparatus utilizing a composite centrifugal force consisting of revolution and rotation of the vessel and the gravity force. SOLUTION: The processing apparatus is provided with: a rotator 30 which revolves in a horizontal plane by means of a driving means; and treatment chambers (vessels 50) which are arranged on a location leaving a distance in the radial direction from the rotation center of the rotator 30 and rotate around the rotation axis 41, and perform various kinds of processing such as mixing, grinding, separating, defoaming, dewatering and coloring, wherein, with respect to the treatment chambers (vessels 50), a feeding means 60 which feeds raw material into the treatment chamber or/and a discharging means 40 which discharges treated material are disposed and the feeding means 60 or/and the discharging means 40 are formed so as to be rotatable in synchronism with the revolution of each treatment chamber.
