A jet needle (14) moved inside a housing (12) comprises a conical pressure surface (22) acting against the forces of a spring (20) and connected to a control plunger (28). Both parts (14,28) form a valve element (30). The plunger (28) can also move inside the housing and has a control surface (32) moved into closing direction. A control space (34) separated by the control surface (32) is provided with an inlet (50) leading to a high pressure area (40) and an outlet (54) leading to a low pressure area (58) resulting in a spin-free motion of the fluid.
