<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily manage appropriate material installation over a wide construction site. <P>SOLUTION: A server receives construction work slip data, which indicates the combination of materials and a material installation field, outputs a sticker with a code for identifying the material printed thereon, which is stuck onto the material for the combination indicated by the data, reads the code attached to the material, retrieves the material indicated by the code among the materials required for the construction work to be committed to a construction company, prints a destination in the construction work slip data of the construction work for installing the retrieved material in order to be adhered onto the material, and prints an instrument construction work slip including the code to specify the construction work slip data. A PDA reads the code from the instrument construction work slip at the field site (S516), reads the code attached to the material (S525), determines coincidence in the material indicated by the code (S526, 7), and outputs a termination code indicating the coincidence when the coincidence is determined (S531, 2).
