PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply for reducing a power loss in a power conversion using a simple constitution, and suppressing a noise generated due to a voltage converting process. SOLUTION: The power supply is provided with a resistive voltage dividing circuit 60 connected between output terminals of a rectifying circuit 40, a shunt regulator 50 connected between the output terminals of the rectifying circuit 40 and controlling a current applied between a cathode terminal and an anode terminal so as to generate a voltage V1 corresponding to a voltage dividing setting in the resistive voltage dividing circuit 60, a photocoupler 30 and a transistor 21 for turning on/off a FET 20 in response to a level of the applied current, and a relay 65 for switching the voltage dividing setting in the resistive voltage dividing circuit 60 between the setting corresponding to a simultaneous supply state in which both of V1, V2 need to be supplied and the setting corresponding to a standby state in which only V2 needs to be supplied and V1 does not need to be supplied.
