PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a woody reformation flooring enabling only the stained or damaged portions of band plate-like woody flooring forming a floor surface to be partially replaced without replacing the entire part of the floor surface and a method of reforming using it. SOLUTION: This flooring A is formed in the same shape as the band plate-like woody flooring 5 for replacing each of the band plate-like woody flooring 5 used as a flooring surface by joining the groove parts 51 formed in the longitudinal left and right faces of adjacent floorings through a spline 6. The flooring A is composed of a base plate part 1 and a left engagement part 11 and a right engagement part 12 horizontally projecting from the left and right upper parts of the base plate part 1 and formed in a generally T-shape in cross section, and has a butt end K formed in a shiplap structure.
