PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inhibit the formation of viral particles as a method for exterminating HCV from HCV-infected person, by inhibiting the synthesis of its core, processing, the maturing process of its conformation, stability and an interactive action with RNA, necessary for the formation of the viral particles and release of the same to the outside of the cells. SOLUTION: In the type C hepatitis virus-infected cells, it is possible to inhibit the particle formation of the type C hepatitis virus and reducing the amount of release of the type C hepatitis virus to the outside of the cells by treating with Radicicol and Herbimycin A and Geldanamycin which are HSP90 inhibitors. Therefore, by using the HSP90 inhibitor of which safety is shown, singly or in combination with a therapy by using conventional interferon or ribavirin, it is possible to exterminate the HCV by inhibiting the HCV replication, viral particle formation and release to the outside of the cells.
