PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a work conveying apparatus, easily delivering a work between a hand and a fixing tool in two directions. SOLUTION: This work conveying apparatus includes: the fixing tool 2 inserted in a locating hole 5 provided in the work and having a fixing tool locating pin 6 to move forward and backward; a hand 4 inserted in the locating hole 5 from the opposite side to the insert side of the fixing tool locating pin 6, having a hand locating pin 8 to move forward and backward and movable to the fixing tool 2; a holding means 11 for holding the work W on the hand 4; and a select means for selectively moving forward and backward the fixing tool locating pin 6 and the hand locating pin 8.
