PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a caster motion which can be used by users of wide range of ages for various purposes by one machine for doing exercises of the joints of the upper bodies and lower bodies, the stretch exercises of the muscles, rehabilitation, and making beautiful figure, and can be slowly moved friendly to the bodies without difficulty due to casters, arranging two handles on a planar base with four casters and standing a support post on the planar base, and utilizing two steps for mounting the ankles arranged on the support post and the two handles. SOLUTION: The handles 2, 3 are arranged in the planar base 1. The four casters 4, 5, 6, 7 are arranged under the planar base 1. A spacial supporting stand 8 is connected to the planar stand 1 and a height adjusting handle 10 is arranged into which a height adjusting support post 9 is inserted for fastening at a position suitable for oneself in the spacial support stand 8. Steps 13, 14 for mounting the ankles are arranged and hook and loop fastener bands 15, 16 and 17, 18 for fixing the ankles are arranged.
