PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safe and inexpensive umbrella fixing tool which is not obstructive even not in use, and by which the used umbrella is not required to be put on a floor nor held by hand. SOLUTION: A fixing band (1) having velcro fastenings (R) (2), a handle (3), an assembling hole (4), is assembled with a vehicle attachment component (5) having an adhesive tape (6), and a U shape cross sectional part (7), so as to be stuck onto a gap between a door (8) and a vehicle body (9) with the use of the adhesive tape (6).
