A holding unit is provided to determine and fix a position of a plasma display panel in a transferring tray by suppressing reduction of strength of a fixing part. A main body member includes a cone-shaped top side and a fixing part having a main body through-hole. An adhesive member penetrates the main body through-hole. A washer member(300) includes a washer base part(310) and a washer side edge part(320). The washer base part is formed with a plate-shaped structure and includes a washer through-hole(311). The adhesive member penetrates the washer through-hole. The washer side edge part is protruded from a side edge of the wager base part. The washer side edge part has an inclined side which comes in contact with the waver base part.
