An access floor for a clean room is provided to manage a clean room effectively by installing and connecting relevant pipelines simply even if the location of equipment is changed or new equipment is installed in a clean room. The access floor for a clean room is formed by coupling a unit block(121) in a single frame(110a), wherein the single frame is divided into many areas and provided with support members(111a) to support an upper plate of the unit block, and the unit block is provided with an upper plate(121a) located on the top of the access floor and a lower plate(121b) inserted to one of partitioned areas of the single frame to be separable.
