There is provided an organic EL display device capable of preventing burning of a display screen of the organic EL panel by lowering of an output current of a comparatively high-voltage-proof transistor of a D/A conversion circuit. A plurality of comparatively high-voltage-proof transistors (Q1, Q2) are arranged in series between the output side of a D/A (1) and the output terminal (10a) of the D/A constituting a current mirror circuit while the transistors (TNb to TNn) of the output side of the D/A constituting the current mirror circuit are formed by low-voltage-proof transistors, thereby obtaining analog conversion current at a predetermined output terminal of the D/A. Thus, it is possible to employ a low-voltage-proof elements for the transistors of the output side of the D/A like the transistors of the input side, thereby reducing the area occupied by the D/A.
