FIELD: chemical industry; metallurgy industry; compositions for removal of corrosion products from the surfaces of the zinc-coated and cadmium plated carbon steel details. ^ SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of the chemical treatment of the zinc-coated steel and the cadmium-plated steel details in the process of their reconditioning. The composition contains (in g/l): the hydrochloric acid - 50-100, urotropine - 40-50, the aminoacetic acid - 3-5, the mixture of polyethyleneglycol ethers of the highest fatty alcohols of the structural formula R-O (CH2CH2O)nH, where R - the residual of fatty alcohol, - in the average is equal to 20, 0.5-1, silicon oxide - 150-200, the water - up to 1 l. The technical result of the invention is the simultaneous effective removal of the corrosion products of zinc-coated and cadmium-plated surfaces and the base metal - the carbon steel without etching of its surface, assurance of the satisfactory adhesion of the protective coatings at their reconditioning, the feasibility to use the composition for treatment of the large-size details. ^ EFFECT: the invention ensures the simultaneous effective removal of the corrosion products of zinc-coated and cadmium-plated surfaces and the base metal - the carbon steel without its etching, assurance of the satisfactory adhesion of the protective coatings at their reconditioning, the feasibility to use the composition for treatment of the large-size details. ^ 1 ex, 2 tbl |
