A data upload method during a call attempt of a mobile communication terminal is provided to allow data stored in the terminal to be uploaded to a data upload server connected with a mobile communication network by using resources assigned to the terminal before a voice call is connected, during a call attempt of the terminal. When a voice call is attempted by a terminal, a BSC(Base Station Controller) allocates BS channel card resources to the terminal, and sets a data packet transmission path to a data upload server(S201-S205). Until a reception response for the attempted voice call is received, data packets previously designated by a subscriber are received from the terminal and delivered to the server(S207,S209). If the reception response is received, the set path to the server is cancelled, and an upload interrupt signal is sent to the terminal(S211,S213). The attempted voice call is processed according to the received reception response(S215). |
