An organic electro-luminescent display device and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to increase a yield and to reduce an error ratio by forming a thin film transistor and an organic electro-luminescent diode element on different substrates and integrating the substrates. An organic electro-luminescent display device includes a first substrate(100), a first electrode(110), a buffer layer(123), a spacer(125), an organic light emitting layer(130), and a second electrode(150). The first substrate(100) defines a plurality of sub pixels. The first electrode(110) is formed on the first substrate(100). The buffer layer(123) is formed on an outer edge region which partitions each of the plurality of sub pixels of the first electrode(100). The spacer(125) is formed on the buffer layer(123). The organic light emitting layer(130) is formed on the first electrode(110). The second electrode(150) is formed on the organic light emitting layer(130). The buffer layer(123) and the spacer(125) are integrated with each other.
