A watertight hatch is provided to be opened and closed with less power by having a handle transmitting a rotating force through a gear box. A watertight hatch includes a gear box(102), a shaft gear, a first gear, a second gear, a third gear, a rotating gear, a bracket(109), and a door(40). The gear box is formed outside a shaft(101) rotated by being connected to a handle(100). The shaft gear is installed inside of the gear box, and rotates simultaneously with the shaft rotated by operation of the handle. The first gear is fixed at the gear box by a gear axis, and rotates by being engaged with the shaft gear. The second gear is fixed at the gear box by the gear axis, and is formed at a lower side of the first gear. The third gear is fixed at the inner side of the gear box by the gear axis, and rotates by being engaged with the second gear. The rotating gear is fixed at the inner side of the gear box, and rotates by being engaged with the third gear. The bracket connects a plurality of rods outside the gear box. The door has a seal inlet(41,41') at an outer circumference, and an o-ring(42) and a rubber packing(43) at the inside.
