Survival game equipment and a survival game using the same are provided to enable players to play a survival game through wireless sending and receiving massages using a receiver and a microphone. The survival game equipment includes the sports ground, a helmet(2) equipped with an opaque face cover(8), a receiver(4), and a microphone(6) connected to a connector(12) which wirelessly sends and receives massages, a protective vest(14) having a sensor(16) mounted on an inner portion of a front surface for sensing shocks, infrared light, and laser beams applied from weapons and a socket connected to the connector of the helmet, and a riding unit consisting of a handle, a foot plate, and a rear wheel driven by an operation of the foot plate. The sports ground has a desired space formed by a fence, a sensing member disposed on each fence, and a coordinate installed on a bottom thereof.
