An interval adjustment apparatus of a fixed jig and a charging/discharging device of a charging/discharging jig for a battery and a capacitor are provided to improve working efficiency by correctly positioning the charging/discharging device through the control of front, rear, right, and left movement of the fixing jig and the control of width and interval of the charging/discharging device. A lower lift plate(104) and a supporting plate(111) form a plurality of first and second width adjustment holes into which two charging/discharging devices are inserted to be matched with a width between both electrodes of a battery and a capacitor by adjusting widths of the charging/discharging devices. A stopper(115) is located between an upper supporting bar and a lower supporting bar of the charging/discharging device in the second width adjustment hole of the supporting plate(111). The stopper(115) is protrusively formed in the second width adjustment hole of the supporting plate(111) to fix the upper/lower supporting bars by a connection bolt. An interval adjustment hole(106) is formed on both sides of the lower lift plate(104) to match an interval of the charging/discharging devices with an interval between the electrodes of the capacitor and the battery by adjusting an interval of the supporting bars(111) having the charging/discharging devices. An interval adjustment bolt(113) is connected to the interval adjustment hole(106) by penetrating both ends of the supporting plate(111). An interval adjustment nut(114) is connected to a screw unit of the interval adjustment bolt(113).
