A sensor for measuring a bio-signal installed in a mobile phone and a mobile phone having the same are provided to solve a problem that when a bio-signal measurement module is installed in a battery pack, it cannot accurately measure a bio-signal because of high heat generated from the battery pack. A sensing unit senses a bio-signal. An amplifier is connected with the sensing unit. A sensor connection port(serial communicating unit) is connected with the amplifier and a connection port of a mobile phone.
