A structure of a drive shaft for a vehicle is provided to prevent shudder at a high bending angle, and to absorb vibration at idling of an automatic transmission vehicle. A drive shaft has an end installed near wheels of the vehicle and the other end installed to a transaxle of the vehicle. The structure of the drive shaft includes a shaft, and a rubber coupling(30) installed to the center of the shaft to reduce axle force and to absorb displacement due to movement of the wheels. The rubber coupling includes a rubber member(31) forming a space(34) at an end of a first shaft(21c) and serving as a dynamic damper, a nozzle(32) installed to the rubber member, a rubber(33) installed to connect the nozzle, and a connection member(35) installed to a second shaft(21d) opposite to the rubber member so as to close the space. A thin film rubber(36) is installed at sides of the nozzle and the rubber in parallel. The rubber member is connected to a pipe(37) to fix the first shaft.
