Provided is a nanocomposite adhesive composition for a coverlay film which is excellent in adhesion, lead welding heat resistance and moisture resistance and does not use a halogen-based flame retardant. The nanocomposite adhesive composition for a coverlay film comprises 100 parts by weight of a rubber mixture containing 0.5-40 wt% of the plate nanosilicate which is prepared by emulsion polymerization; 50-300 parts by weight of an epoxy resin; 0.01-50 parts by weight of a curing agent; 0.1-5 parts by weight of a curing accelerator; and 2-50 parts by weight of an inorganic filler, wherein the nanosilicate is at least one selected from montmorillonite, laponite, saponite, hectorite and fluorohectorite and has a thickness of 0.9-1.2 nm and a length of 20-800 nm. |
