An EGR(Exhaust Gas Recirculation) cooler mounting structure of a vehicle is provided to stably mount the EGR cooler and to prevent vibration caused due to operation of an engine. An EGR cooler mounting structure of a vehicle includes an EGR cooler bracket unit(10), a guide unit(20), and a fixing unit(30). The EGR cooler bracket unit includes a body part(11) for supporting one side of an EGR cooler, and a first connector(12) and a second connector(14) arranged at an upper portion and a lower portion of the body part, respectively. The guide unit is arranged at the first and the second connector. The fixing unit is rotatably connected to the guide unit, and tightly contacts one side of the EGR cooler so as to fix the EGR cooler.
