A kegel exercise assistant instrument combined with a portable passometer is provided to enable a user to do a kegel exercise more conveniently and effectively by a vibration operated at a proper interval by simple wear regardless of a place. The kegel exercise assistant instrument combined with a portable passometer includes an instrument body having a three-step vibration function, and a waist mounting clip for enabling a user to mount the instrument body on one's waist. The three-step vibration comprises a first step of the vibration of 5 seconds and a rest time of 10 seconds, a second step of the vibration of 10 seconds and the rest time of 10 seconds, and a third step of the vibration of 15 seconds and the rest time of 15 seconds.
