An assembly with at least one device including a stem passing through a hole in a pressure vessel casing, the stem including first means for transferring a lo ad produced by pressurized fluid to the casing, the first means sealing the hole when the load is transferred and preventing the stem from being removed from the hole in an outward direction, and second means for retaining the stem to the casing to prevent movement in an inward direction, substantially free of the load transferred by the first means. The second means being disengageable from at least one of the stem and the casin g to remove the stem from the hole in the inward direction.
