<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a document control system comparatively simply structured and capable of reliably performing information control. <P>SOLUTION: This document control system comprises a storage rack having a plurality of storage boxes for storing multiple types of documents, opening/closing doors openably fitted to the storage boxes of the storage racks, lock means 17 for openably locking the opening/closing doors, an input means 62 for inputting identification information for identifying the multiple types of documents, a controlled document database 66 in which the information on the multiple types of documents is registered, and a control means 32 for controlling the lock means 17. When the specific identification information of a specific document is input by the input means 62, the control means 32 releases the lock of the lock means corresponding to a storage place in which the specific document is stored based on the registered document information registered in the controlled document database 66 and the specific identification information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
