PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive control circuit which can prevent malfunctions due to wiring inductance, using a simple configuration, without having to increase the number of components. SOLUTION: A ground line RE of a voltage conversion part 16 is connected to the ground line DE of a drive circuit 14, and the ground line DE of the drive circuit 14 is connected to the ground terminal PE of a power element 3. They are detached electrically from the ground line GND 1 of an internal power generating part 15. Thus, the occurrence of a potential difference will be suppressed between the ground line DE of the drive circuit 14 and the ground terminal PE of the power element 3, even if a potential differenceΔV is generated due to a wiring inductance Lc between a ground terminal PE of the power element 3 and the ground line GND 1 of the internal power generating part 15, with a switching operation of the power element 3.
