PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To collect only a useful content at high speed without increasing a load of a network on the basis of a prescribed condition when collecting contents updated by a plurality of content servers if needed. SOLUTION: Attribute information of the content is acquired from the content server, a useful degree is decided by a keyword or an update rate, and the content to be downloaded is determined. One of the contents decided determined to be the same content from the attribute information of the content is excluded.
