PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To wind a continuous base material with specific tension, in a continuous base material winder for winding the continuous base material supplied via one rotary body by the other rotary body, by rotating the two rotary bodies by one driving source. SOLUTION: This continuous base material winder is provided with a reaction adding member 40 pulling a continuous sheet 1 via a carrier roller 10a with specific force in the opposite side direction of a winding roller 10b winding this continuous sheet 1 by transmitting rotation of the carrier roller 10a.
