PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a threshing apparatus that is especially designed to control occurrence of free grain over rack of conveyed cereal culms and reduces threshing loss. SOLUTION: The threshing apparatus is equipped with a threshing chamber 3 installing a threshing cylinder 2 on a shaft and the holding rod 30 of a cereal culm supplying and conveying device 4 for supplying and conveying cereal culms to be supplied to the threshing chamber 3 at the side of threshing chamber 3. The holding rod 30 is formed by connecting an inner holding part 32 to an outer holding part 33 by a connection part 34 with a platy member in an inverted U-shaped form. The inner holding part 32 is equipped with an excessive threshing prevention body 45 made of a longitudinal platy member in a stationary state. The excessive threshing prevention body 45 is inclined so that the lower side positioned on the threshing cylinder 2 side when viewed from the front. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
