<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for stabilizing reduced coenzyme Q<SB>10</SB>usable as foods, functional nutritive foods, specific health foods, nutritional supplements, nutrients, animal drugs, drinks, feeds, cosmetics, medicines, remedies, preventive drugs and the like, and a composition for the method. <P>SOLUTION: Reduced coenzyme Q<SB>10</SB>readily oxidizable in air is stabilized by using the coenzyme in the form of a composition containing a polyglycerol fatty acid ester having a polymerization degree of glycerol of ≥3 and/or a condensed ricinoleic acid polyglyceride and ascorbic acid or its related compound in a mixture of the reduced coenzyme Q<SB>10</SB>and an oil and fat. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
