<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot water storage tank of high practicability, capable of efficiently suppressing the leakage quantity of heat at a low cost in the case of applying a vacuum heat insulating material to a hot water storage tank. <P>SOLUTION: In this hot water storage tank 11 where heat insulating material is arranged in a space formed of a cylindrical inner container 12 and an outer case 13 of a square cylinder shape, the vacuum heat insulating material 14 is arranged in a part with a narrow space interval formed by closely making the side face of the inner container 12 approach the side face of an outer case 13, and the sheet-like heat insulating material 15 is arranged ensuring sufficient thickness in a part with a large space interval. The hot water storage tank that saves space, reduces cost, and has high practicality without lowering the heat insulating performance of the hot water storage tank while reducing the applied quantity of the vacuum heat insulating material. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
