Device has drive shaft (3) comprising an area (7) with axial drillings downwards from its retaining area (6) for main shaft (2). The two axial drillings (5,5') has smaller diameter than axial drillings in retaining area. The two drillings are separated from each other by ring shaped bar (8). The ring shaped bar opens the oil passage opening (9), which is smaller than the diameter of two drillings. A component (14) is arranged in the end of the drive shaft located at a distance from the main shaft for controlling the oil passage.
