A vacuum suction block of a label gripper is provided to always attach labels on a right position by sucking and arranging the labels supplied through a label supplying unit in a line. A vacuum suction block of a label gripper comprises an upper block(110), a movable aligning member(120), a guide block(130), and a vacuum sucking pad(140). The upper block is connected to a movable cylinder. The movable aligning member moves forwardly and backwardly to align a label at a lower part of the upper block, and moves upward when the aligned label is attached at a certain position of a surface of a semiconductor package. The guide block has a slide guide groove formed at a top surface to support the movable aligning member to move forward/backward and upward/downward at the lower part of the upper block, and is coupled to a lower part of the upper block in a state that the movable aligning member is inserted inside and supported. The vacuum sucking pad is coupled to a lower part of the guide block, and vacuum-sucks the label.
