PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a level device eliminating a conventional defect in the lever device such as a brake lever of a motorcycle. SOLUTION: This operation lever device is provided with a support 5 connectable to a bearing structure 4, a hydraulic actuator 3 connected to the support, a main lever 2 revolvably connected to the support and operated by approaching or separating to/from the hydraulic actuator and a timing lever 9 revolvably connected to the support and connected to the main lever 2 so as to operate the hydraulic actuator 3 while approaching the main lever 2 toward the hydraulic actuator 3. An adjusting member 16 is interposed between the main lever and the timing lever, and a relative position between the main lever and the timing lever is limited by a position of the adjusting member. An electric actuator 17 changes the position of the adjusting member by the action of electric power supplied to the electric actuator by an electric power supply means.
