The valve (8) has a sealing seat (12) provided with an opening (14), and a resilient flat closing member (10) for covering the opening of the sealing seat and secured at the sealing seat by two fixing members. The fixing members are loosely fixed at the sealing seat and moved when the closing member is opened. The closing member comprises a bending bar, where an end side locking plate and a fixing part with two fixing arms are arranged at the bending bar. Two flaps are arranged at ends of the arms, and the closing member and the sealing seat are made of spring steel and plastic, respectively. An independent claim is also included for a hydraulic valve comprising a valve housing.
