PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the simplicity of the acquisition of meta data and the accuracy, and instantaneousness of information, and also to improve functions such as the automatic generation of content using meta data, the achievement of meta data retrieval, and the simplification of configuration for personal information protection. SOLUTION: This Web construction system is provided with: a life recording device 2 for recording and transmitting live log data expressing the details of the action of a user; and a Web construction device 1 for acquiring meta data from the received life log data, for storing the acquired meta data, and for reading the stored meta data to generate content, and for controlling the picture display of a Web site using the generated content.
