<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless transmitting circuit capable of reducing power density for each frequency component included in a transmission signal without reducing a peak value in a short-pulse signal, and to provide a wireless transmitter. <P>SOLUTION: The wireless transmitting circuit is provided with an oscillation circuit 51 for generating a reference periodic signal CK0, a first delay circuit 53 for generating a periodic signal CK1 by delaying the CK0, a selector 55 for outputting a timing signal CLK in which jitters are generated due to irregular selection of either of the CK0 and CK1, and a transmitting pulse generator 6 for outputting a pulse obtained by modulating transmission data in synchronization with the timing signal CLK. The first delay circuit 53 is provided with a wiring 531 for leading the CK0 to the selector 55, gate capacitances of NMOS transistors Tr14, Tr16 respectively connected with each other via the wiring 531 and NMOS transistors Tr13, Tr15, and an on/off control unit 532 for controlling on/off states of the Tr13 and Tr15. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
