<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stretch a sheet (disinfectant-coated sheet) with which an operator sterilizes his hand on the back surface of the backrest of a dental treatment chair under a reeling style. <P>SOLUTION: On the back surface of the backrest 9 of this dental treatment chair 1, a letting-out roll 11 and a reeling roll 12 are provided. In this case, on the letting-out roll 11, the sheet 10 coated with the disinfectant with a specified interval in the width direction of the back surface is wound. The reeling roll 12 reels the sheet 10.
