<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet processing device and an image forming device capable of improving workability in jam processing without requiring a jam processing space. <P>SOLUTION: A vertically extending sheet carrying passage 32 is formed in a first guide member 34 and a second guide member 35 oppositely arranged in a sheet processing device body.
