<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems wherein human waste or septic tank sludge is agitated in a charge tank to cause malodor when the human waste or septic tank sludge is received into the charge tank, and air containing the malodor leaks from a receiving port to disperse the malodor around the charge tank, and a deodorizing facility is separately required to prevent the dispersion of malodor, which results in requiring a maintenance cost for the deodorizing facility. <P>SOLUTION: Part of dilution water or other water is sprinkled into the charge tank 1 from a sprinkler nozzle 4 to absorb malodor in the charge tank 1, and downward air flow is formed in the charge tank 1 by sprinkling dilution water from the sprinkler nozzle 4.
