PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chemiresistor sensor system capable of compensating a change of resistance generated by a change of an ambient temperature, and capable of enhancing thereby the ability of the sensor system for detecting a target specimen. SOLUTION: This sensor system includes mainly the first resistor, the second resistor, and a load regulator for sensing the change of the ambient temperature, or a switch. At least one of the first resistor and the second resistor is a detecting element having resistance varied in response to the presence of the one ore more of specimens. The switch controls an electric load going across through the first resistor and the second resistor. The switch prevents the electric load going across through the first resistor or the second resistor, or the both thereof from being passed, when the ambient temperature is the first value. and the switch allows the electric load going across through the first resistor or the second resistor, or the both thereof, to be passed, when the ambient temperature is the second value.
