<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a timing skew minimization device of which variance of timing is very small. <P>SOLUTION: This minimization device compresses four phasing signals to one signal including four phase information. Therefore, a signal including all phase information is transmitted through the same line, so that a matter of skew produced due to a difference of a dimension of metal wiring is avoidable. As one signal has two rising edges and two trailing edges, an enable signal wire which chooses the first and the second rising edge and trailing edges is used. By this processing, the number of critical signal outputs is only one. Therefore, only one signal line is required.
