PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry a recording medium at a high speed, even when arranging a decurler for correcting a curl of the recording medium wound in a roll shape. SOLUTION: Recording paper 10a unwound from a roll body 10 is carried downward to a head 2 in the carrying direction P by guide rollers 5, 6 and 7. A cutter decurler unit 50 is arranged on the upstream side in the carrying direction P of the head 2, and cutting and a curl correction of the recording paper 10a are simultaneously performed here. The cutter decurler unit 50 includes a movable blade 51, a fixed blade 52, an upper side decurler 61 fixed to the movable blade 51 and a lower side decurler 62. Simultaneously when the movable blade 51 moves toward the fixed blade 52 in response to cutting operation, the upper side decurler 61 also moves toward the lower side decurler 62, and the upper side and lower side decurlers 61 and 62 correct the curl of a corresponding area by sandwiching the tip area of cut paper 10b being a tip part in the carrying direction P by the cutting operation of the movable blade 51 and the fixed blade 52.
