PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a robot control device having high heat dissipation efficiency in a casing. SOLUTION: A motor driver 52 is disposed in the casing 2 so that a servo amplifier 50 is brought into close-contact with the inside surface 7a of a back plate 7 of the casing 2. Further, a plurality of radiating fins 54 are mounted at predetermined vertical spaces on the inside surface 7a of the back plate 7 above the motor driver 52. A cooling fan 56 is provided in a position opposite to the radiating fin 54 on the inside surface of a left side plate 4.
